Our records are public information and may be viewed during business hours.

Recording Office: Real property transactions, deeds, mortgages, etc.
Oil & Gas transactions
Subdivision Plats
Liens: court judgments, mechanics liens, physicians’ liens, federal and state liens, personal property liens
Power of Attorney and various other documents

Purchasing Office: Facilitates purchases for all county offices
Prepares 6 month and yearly bids as well as individual bids as needed for all county offices
Accounts Payable: Prepares purchase orders for payments
Budgeting Office: Instrumental in preparing budget for County and tracks appropriations and expenditures
Payroll Office: Maintains payroll and benefits for all County employees, tracks budget accounts
Secretary: Clerk is Secretary to Commissioners, Budget Board, Excise Board, Tax Roll Correction Board, Equalization Board and Trust Authorities
